RESERVATION - ARRIVAL TIME - CANCELLATION POLICY RESERVATION POLICY Reserving a room at Francamaria's is a contract: you are obliged to respect your reservation as much as we are obliged to keep the room reserved for you. It's necessary to give a valid credit card details to make a reservation, the number (16 digits) and the expiration date, with the card holder name. The credit card details will not be used to make drafts or to pay the room, but just as guarantee. There will be no drafts from your credit card unless you do not respect your reservation. You will accurately indicated, in the more exhaustive way, your requirements, such as the number of people, the number of nights, the kind of the room you want and any special requirement. When reservation is closed, we will not considerate any changing room request. ARRIVAL TIME POLICY It is extremely important for us to know your arrival time. It is mandatory to tell, in the most accurate way, your arrival time. The check in time lasts until 4.00 p.m. - after this time we will not keep the reservations, unless you advise us about your gap in arriving. So it is extremely important that you advise us if you're not able to arrive within the check in time. In the case you are not able to to arrive within the check in time, we will have no problems to wait for you until your arrival and keep the reservation, just advise us in the morning or as soon as you know it. CANCELLATION POLICY It is not possible to cancel a reservation by phone, you can cancel reservation only by email or fax. If you cancel your reservation, for any kind of reason, you know that we have the right to be refounded, so you will subject to pay a penalty fee. There are two classes of penalty fees: Cancellation advise that arrives from 30 days to 15 days before arrival: the penalty fee will be equal to the price of one night of stay. Cancellation advise that arrives 15 days before arrival or less: the penalty fees will be equal to the total amount of the stay. Conditions may vary if the stay is longer than four nights - in this case the penalty fee is variable according to our discretion, but the penalty fee will never be superior to the amount of four nights stay.
